The Staff at ROXY Plastic Surgery are well trained in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery so they can help with any concern you have. They are personable, kind, and caring and their only goal is to make your experience at ROXY Plastic Surgery comfortable, informative, and fun! From the moment you call, you will be assigned to a patient care coordinator who will guide you through the process of making a consult, planning surgery, and who will be there to help you recover. Your patient coordinator will get to know you well and can help with all aspects of your care. We can't wait to meet you!

Candice Carter, Practice Manager
Candice comes to Roxy Plastic Surgery with experience in not only the beauty and aesthetic world but marketing and management as well. Candice loves helping each patient reach their goals and feel amazing along with way. As Practice Manager, you can find Candice helping out in every way possible...from helping our staff best serve our patients to jumping in with patient care herself. Taylor Polzin, Patient Coordinator
Taylor is passionate about helping people to improve their self image and overall well-being. As a Patient Coordinator, her sweet nature allows patients to feel comfortable as she navigates them through the process of having surgery and changing their lives! Born and raised in Worthington, Ohio, she is the middle sister of two brothers. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, boyfriend, and dog, Ryder. Stacie Isler, Physician Assistant
Stacie Isler PA-C is a nationally certified physician assistant who comes to ROXY Plastic Surgery with 8 years of plastic surgery experience. She completed her undergraduate degree at Duquesne University and then went on to graduate from Duquesne in 2007 with her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. After graduation, Stacie was the first physician assistant to join the Ohio State University's Department of Plastic Surgery. Her main focus was reconstructive microsurgery, primarily focusing on breast reconstruction for women with breast cancer. It was during this time at OSU that she had the pleasure of first working with Dr. Grawe. Stacie remains a fellow member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants, as well as the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants. She is passionate about the field of plastic surgery and has seen the positive ways it can impact people's lives. Molly Lyons, Medical Aesthetician
Molly's expertise as a Certified Permanent Makeup Technician and Licensed Aesthetician is derived from years of study and real world experience. She has her Bachelors of Science in Biology from St. Lawrence University in New York and she is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, Associated Skin Care Professionals, and the Society of Dermatology Skin Care Specialists. She lives in Lewis Center with her boyfriend and 2 dogs. Tracy Destefano, Patient Coordinator
Tracy has always been interested in helping people be the best they can be. Her background comes from health club management with over ten years experience. Over the years she has enjoyed helping people meet better health and appearance goals and is excited to do the same at Roxy Plastic Surgery. Tracy moved to Ohio from Colorado where she loved the snow, and outdoor sports like skiing, hiking and biking.
